A Japanese family just arrived in the United states and stays at a moderate hotel in New York. As they ride up the elevator to their suite, a gentleman gets in at the next floor.

Stunned by the beauty of the Japanese daughter, the man tries to communicate with her, only to find she speaks no English. Undeterred, the man asks the father if he could take his daughter to dinner. Having some English experience from his many business trips to the states, the father communicates to the daughter and dinner plans are made.

After dinner, they head up to his suite. Well, one thing leads to another and as he starts going at it she starts moaning "Oshima!". Believing this must mean she's getting into it, he thrusts harder and harder and she is screaming "Oshima!, Oshima!!".

The next morning, the gentleman invites the father to a round of golf, knowing how much the Japanese love the sport. On the first hole, the father tees up, and nails a hole in one. Thinking quickly, the gentleman yells out "Oshima!!".

My friend and I loves Barry Manilow. She called this morning and told me about Manilow’s upcoming show in Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Living in the country is much better for family living than the city. It is more isolated and with the open spaces there are much better for your children. Not only that, is much more relaxing than living in the city or suburbs. You can spend a lot more time with your family developing family one on one relationship. Doing smart and wise things to protect and preserve our environment is something we can all do. Some cities have the Green Police on patrol to enforce environmental protection laws. Buying hybrid cars, recycling our trash and many other actions are ways to protect our precious environment. We have been recycling our trash for years and are planning on buying a hybrid car this spring. We really like the idea of having the Green Police in some cities that have people that don’t respect the environment.

My hubby and I have been planning to buy a house for a long time. But, then the economic recession forced us to wait. We were nervous about property values dropping a lot over the last couple of years and wanted to wait until the timing was better. Now, it seems like real estate values here in Denver have stopped dropping and it’s better time to buy than it was a year ago. Also, we heard about the Real Estate Stimulus that was giving tax credits to people that qualified for the program. But, we heard different qualifications from different people we talked to. Then, we realized we would qualifiy for up to $8,000 in tax credits since we haven’t owned a house for over 3 years and are under the income level for couples to qualify.
